FAQs
Do you offer group classes?
Yes! We run small group classes for specific skills like recall, reactivity, and puppy socialization. Check our events calendar for upcoming classes.
What areas do you serve?
We serve most of San Diego County, with our home base in Ocean Beach. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 20 miles from OB.
Do you work with aggressive dogs?
Yes, with realistic expectations. We'll assess safety, create management protocols, and work systematically to improve behavior. Some cases may require collaboration with a veterinary behaviorist.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations are charged in full (emergencies evaluated case-by-case).
Do you offer board and train?
No. We believe training works best when you're involved from day one. We do offer day training where we train your dog and transfer skills to you weekly.
Can you guarantee results?
We guarantee our commitment to you and your dog. We use proven methods and will work tirelessly to help you succeed. However, results depend on many factors including consistency with homework and management protocols.
